1. About these terms
These terms describe your use of Chill Vinyl and chillvinyl.com. By using the released service, you agree to the terms in effect at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
2. Using Chill Vinyl
Chill Vinyl provides a visual music listening experience on compatible iPhone and iPad devices. You may use the app for your personal, lawful enjoyment, subject to the license that accompanies your App Store download. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, or copy or distribute the app’s artwork, scenes, or software without permission, except where the law permits.
3. Your music and third-party services
You are responsible for having the rights needed to import and play your music. Importing music does not transfer ownership of it to Chill Vinyl. Do not use the app to infringe copyright or other rights.
Apple Music is a separate service provided by Apple. Its availability, subscription requirements, catalog, and terms are controlled by Apple. Chill Vinyl does not provide an Apple Music subscription or grant rights to music in Apple’s catalog. See Apple Media Services terms.
4. Downloads, purchases, and refunds
Any price, purchase, or subscription offered for Chill Vinyl will be disclosed in the App Store or purchase screen before you confirm it. Apple processes purchases made through the App Store under its applicable terms. Manage any subscriptions through your Apple account and direct App Store refund requests to Apple. These terms do not imply that Chill Vinyl currently offers subscriptions or paid features.
5. App license
The license terms displayed with the app’s App Store listing govern your license to the app. Where no separate custom license is supplied, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as provided by Apple.
6. Availability and changes
Features and scenes may change as the app develops. Playback can depend on your device, operating system, network, music files, and third-party services. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Keep backups of your original music files.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Use the app at a safe volume and only when doing so will not distract you from activities requiring attention.
